Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Maša, a female dachshund
Maša, a seven-year-old female dachshund, was diagnosed with gallbladder disease which, because of the nature and severity of the changes, required surgical treatment. After detailed ultrasound and laboratory diagnostics, the decision was made to remove her gallbladder laparoscopically.

Endoscopic removal of a foreign body from the stomach in Ares
Ares, a German boxer not yet two years old, was brought to IVAVET because of a suspicion that he had swallowed part of a toy - a ball. Gastroscopy confirmed the presence of a foreign body in the stomach, but the examination also revealed something else: pronounced haemorrhagic gastritis with ulcerative changes of the gastric mucosa.

Darcy - from severe bite wounds and necrosis to full recovery
Darcy, a Chihuahua from the United States, was travelling through Europe with her owner when a moment in Bosnia completely changed their journey. She was attacked by a group of stray dogs and sustained numerous bite wounds. Despite initial veterinary treatment, the injuries continued to worsen, and part of the damaged tissue began to necrotise.
